Ensuring that data is managed throughout its lifecycle and that queries and requests about access to data/systems, issues with data (quality, flow etc) and routine report production are prioritised, completed and delivered in the appropriate timeframes.  </p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting into the Delivery Team Manager, this role will entail (non-exhaustive list):</p><p>Completion of the Data Delivery Team’s responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Participation in  daily standups to flag issues, blockers and plan work</p></li><li><p>Manage and prioritise work across reporting, systems access and data steward areas, using DevOps and ServiceNow</p></li><li><p>Perform data steward activities for the people data domain - this includes authorising access to data flowing into various territory and global systems, troubleshooting and resolving various data-related issues raised by IT teams and employees, understanding data flows, spotting,investigating and facilitating the resolution of data quality issues</p></li><li><p>Execute data validations and continually monitor the process to flag issues/make enhancements</p></li><li><p>Perform data/system access activities - granting, monitoring and auditing access to people data/systems, troubleshooting and fixing any issues. Gatekeeper for Workday security roles</p></li><li><p>Perform activities relating to routine and cyclical people reporting  - including scheduling Workday reports (including regular monitoring and auditing), answering routine reporting queries and requests (e.g. signposting dashboards, using Worksheets, building Alteryx workflows etc)</p></li><li><p>Spot opportunities for process improvements and automation</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners (e.g. PMDM, Tech Central, HC, Global)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Good prioritisation skills</p></li><li><p>Good query management</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder management</p></li><li><p>Workday, or similar, knowledge (reporting, security and processes)</p></li><li><p>Passionate about data management and quality </p></li><li><p>Problem solving and analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Alteryx - foundation level</p></li><li><p>Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.</p></li><li><p>Passion for change and innovation</p></li><li><p>Passionate about technology and taking personal responsibility to stay on top of new developments</p></li></ul><p><b><b> </b></b></p><p><b><b>Preferred </b></b></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of GDPR and Compliance regulations</p></li><li><p>Understanding of global technology landscape</p></li><li><p>Understanding of people system<b>s</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><img src="https://www.applytracking.com/tp/rj6.bILFc-J-K" rel="no-follow" />
