Our multidisciplinary teams combine a diverse set of skills and experience to discover and deliver new digital products and services. </p><p></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team of Product Managers, Designers and Engineers focused on rapid prototyping and testing of new digital ventures.</p><p></p><p>A Product Manager is responsible for the business management of a product and its commercial success.  </p><ul><li><p>Translate Line of Service business strategy into product strategy </p></li><li><p>Collaborate as a member of a venture team to evolve early stage ideas into commercially viable digital ventures</p></li><li><p>Apply customer-centric design techniques and tools to help prototype, develop and validate new products and services</p></li><li><p>Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market  </p></li><li><p>Define and drive the product roadmap</p></li><li><p>Write high-level requirements, epics and features </p></li><li><p>Define key product differentiators and messaging to inform product marketing activity</p></li><li><p>Work with Line of Service teams to execute the product strategy,  manage product profitability and commercial success - delivering on the business case</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Designers and Product  Engineers throughout Product Development</p></li><li><p>Drive action throughout the firm to get new digital products and service to market  </p></li><li><p>Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Understanding of the full product lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Experience working as part of a team to deliver product discovery or product development</p></li><li><p>Understanding of how Product Managers work between sales, marketing, design, engineering and support in a B2B business </p></li><li><p>Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers to enable product prioritisation decisions</p></li><li><p>Understanding and experience of working in an iterative and incremental Agile software development framework like Scrum.</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and interpersonal skills at all levels, and an ability to influence</p></li><li><p>Creativity and comfort in challenging the status quo</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Understanding of innovation methodologies - such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Riskiest Assumptions Testing</p></li><li><p>Understanding of UX and service design concepts and methods</p></li><li><p>Experience building mock-ups and prototypes using tools such as Balsamiq</p></li><li><p>Understanding of key market research/marketing techniques</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of key emerging technologies, current trends and their potential disruptive impacts </p></li></ul><img src="https://www.applytracking.com/tp/rj6-EZiqp_J-K" rel="no-follow" />
