We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries. <br><br><b> Position Summary </b><br><br><b>Purpose:</b><br><br>Document Controllers are required to develop and implement processes related to Document Control and Management. They work with a project team in order to implement systems of control. These works also include preparing, releasing, controlling and distributing all customer Databook deliverables.<ul> <li>Document Control.</li> <li>Compile databook.</li> <li>Setting up project filling systems.</li> </ul><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br><b>Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:</b><br><br>&bull; Taking ownerships for multiple client Projects and ensuring the effective on-time coordination of project documentation and records.<br>&bull; Interpretation of client specifications and compilation of documentation packages for all contracts.<br>&bull; Scanning and Photocopying of Documents and Data Books as required<br>&bull; Collating Material Certification required for Data Books and Stock items<br>&bull; Provide Document Control Support<br>&bull; Maintenance of QMS format of forms, documents etc<br>&bull; Assist QA Manager, Project Quality & Document Control Department or Quality Engineer as required<br>&bull; Continuous Improvement<br><br><b>General</b><br>Assist with other related duties and special projects as and when required.<br>Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.<br><br><b>Safety</b><br>Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.<br><br><b>Other</b><br>Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.<br>Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.<br>Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.<br><br><b>Qualifications and Training:</b><ul> <li>Have excellent interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Be reliable and honest </li> <li>Able to work with one or more project teams simultaneously </li> <li>Able to prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time effiently </li> <li>Have excellent IT skills </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Good communication in English language, (written, reading and speaking)</li> <li>Able to produce accurate and well presented work </li> <li>High level of attention to detail, and accuracy in all areas of work</li> <li>Good Standard Grades (or equivalent), preferably including a relevant administrative/office subject </li> </ul><br><b>Experience (Work)</b><br><br>Experience working in an office environment <br>Previous Document Control Experience <br>Experience of working in or with Oil and Gas Companies <br>Previous Databook Compilation Experience <br>Experience of working on Projects <br>Experience of elaborate and monitoring KPIs <br><br><b>Experience (Software)</b><br><br>Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point <br>Microsoft VISIO <br>Adobe Acrobat <br>Enovia PLM
