<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Reporting to the Head of Income Services, you will assist with the effective and efficient collection of all student and other income due to the University. You will lead in the development of policies and procedures to manage these activities and ensure the University is both transparent and accountable in the way it deals with its customers.</p>
<p>You will ensure that business managers across the University have complete and accurate data available on their student income and debtors’ position for management and decision making purposes and that the University has appropriate underlying data to deliver its mandatory reporting requirements. Moreover, you will act as a deputy to the Head of Income Services and lead in key projects for income collection.</p>

<p>The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated and enjoy a busy, collaborative work environment. You will have experience leading a customer focused service for income collection, preferably in the Higher Education environment.</p>
<p>You will have a proven track record in managing a team of experienced professionals and be experienced in re-engineering procedures and processes in an environment of continuous improvement. You will also be training for or will have achieved a relevant professional qualification in the area of financial management e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or CICM.</p>
