We are searching the best talent for IT Lead- Product Analyst to be located in Chile (Santiago), Colombia (Bogotá), Argentina (Buenos Aires), or Brazil (São Paulo or São José dos Campos). Purpose Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, diagnostics, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics. We are looking for a hardworking individual to work closely with the business product owner and the technical engineering team to shape and deliver IT digital products and engaging experiences that continuously improve sales planning and compensation capabilities. This position also requires the ability to ensure effective integration of new systems and technologies in the existing system landscape, management of support agreements, and overseeing execution as per product requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Understand users' journey and experience requirements and translate them into a detailed product backlog of features and enablers. • Build use cases, user stories, visualization, prototypes, data models and process flows to serve as a reference for product and user experience design and development. Ensure each product feature or enabler has a clear definition of done. • Communicate product vision to developers and testers, staying 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad. • Apply process lean design and design thinking methods for problem-solving and business optimization • In partnership with the Product Owner, maintain a deep understanding of the product and ensure that the squad’s backlog priorities are aligned with business needs and product sustainability • Help handle dependencies with other product squads’, working closely with squad Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Engineer, Domain Experts, and the Product Manager • Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, provide documentation and participate in compliance activities as required. • Coordinate product demos and user acceptance testing Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required. Information Technology related courses are recommended Experience and Skills: Required: • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT solutions development roles or equivalent relevant experiences • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on instructed judgment • Demonstrates focus on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast attitude, and measurable outcomes • Demonstrates ability to challenge the status quo and continuously innovate through experimentation (test & learn) • Shown success in working in multi-functional self-organized teams • Leadership, collaboration, communication, and analytical abilities Preferred: • Experience with agile and lean methodologies, developing user requirements/user stories for the development of software • Experience with process lean design, design thinking, and customer & users journey mapping • Experience with sales Planning and compensation processes • Experience with SalesForce.com and Optymyze • Experience using JIRA Other: • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, advanced in English • May require up to potential 10% Domestic and International travel.
