íI Domain Lead - Digital GSC - F/M

You will report to the Digital GSC (Global Supply Chain) Integration DevOps Manager within the Digital GSC Europe organization. As Digital GSC Europe EDI Domain Lead your role is to support Business and IT transformation projects as well as Run activities (demand management) in the scope of EDI requests raised by the Global Supply Chain organization and some Front Offices in Europe (France, Nordic countries) Your responsibilities: • Manage functionally the EDI team (5 external consultants in France + 4 people from Global Delivery in India) • Ensure EDI Flow experts following the Kanban methodology through Azure DevOps tool for the deployment of new EDI interfaces or EDI flow change requests • If necessary, support the team during project pre-studies to gather outputs (high-level design, estimates / workload, constraints / assumptions, planning) • Manage priorities according to business and IT constraints keeping in mind to maximize the business value • Support the team to take best decisions in term of technical and functional solutions • Help the team to share potential impacts between projects and change requests • Organize with the team the follow up of the various EDI activities • Prepare clear communication according to recipients • Follow support and small enhancement tickets with the level 2 support team on a weekly basis • Manage the relationship with the EDI global provider OpenText|GXS • Communication with others global IT organizations like the Core Integration team • Raise risks & alerts • Manage charge back issues with the Financial Controller • Manage escalations Qualifications Required knowledge Leadership Functional Management GSC end-to-end Logistic Flows EDI messages (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC) EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, XML, …) EDI communication protocols (SFTP, AS2) SAP functional knowledge Schedule: Full-time Req: 007NFG
