Job Overview As a Junior Finance Analyst you will be responsible for the day to day processes related to Customer D&A (Discounts and allowances), handling Customer Master Data requests, managing claims raised by customers, analyses of financials, pay back calculation, preparation of necessary reports and close cooperation with Sales Team to gather and manage data relevant to the requirements and analysis in accordance with business. Responsibilities: Financial support on incoming invoices or outgoing credit notes. Ensuring all documents are timely approved and processed into the system Lead the timely registration, payment and settlements of trade spend to customers Prepare Master Data update requests Ensure prices and conditions in accordance to contractual Customer pricing Managing and applying price lists and promotions Process customer queries and bring them to resolution effectively Establish and maintain cooperation processes among Finance teams and ensure effective communication with Sales Support Sales Finance team in monthly closing and performance reporting Assist in ad hoc request from Sales Finance team Support audit requests Qualifications/Requirements At least 1 year of professional experience in finance industry Experience in finance planning would be an asset Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in finance/economics area Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel Very good written and spoken English, other language knowledge would be an asset Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Tableau, financial reporting systems) would be a strong advantage Ability to work across markets, cultures and at all levels in the organization within virtual teams Ability to pay close attention to detail Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular
