About the role Start your journey with the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa as a Commis Chef to help our passionate kitchen team to create mouth-watering food for our guests. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our luxury guests. Critical responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food before use.
