Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity risk in Wellbore Intervention and/or other product groups.<br><br>As a Senior Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Supervising all work associated with rig site fishing operations </li><li> Conducting safety meetings with rig crew ensuring work is done properly and safely </li><li> Directing rig crew on the rig floor during operation of fishing tools down hole </li><li> supervising procedures are safely implemented, and equipment used is properly handled </li><li> Developing and planning work activities with customer representatives to ensure correct equipment is ordered, used, serviced, and maintained according to company procedures </li><li> Managing the equipment used in the fishing operations to ensure its safety and cleanliness </li><li> meeting with managers and customer representatives concerning cleaning out the customers well bore and other safety issues and concerns affecting the fishing operations </li><li> Providing daily contact with and/or reporting to customers and district regarding costs involved and equipment used </li><li> Conducting safety meetings with rig crew ensuring work is done properly and safely. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> have an Engineering degree or diploma with 10+experience in Fishing, casing Exit/Liner, Wellbore Intervention, or have a High School or Technical college with Guild certificate with 8+experience. </li><li> Have an Experience within a quality well servicing organization </li><li> Have a Previous experience of supervising and managing a team of both onshore and offshore personnel is a plus </li><li> Have Offshore and Onshore rig experience. </li><li> Have an Experience in running downhole tools in liners, whipstocks, fishing, sand control or storm/retrievable packers are preferred </li><li> Actively participate in all base training initiatives </li></ul><br><br><b> Working with us </b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
