<b>Region Assets and Inventory Manager</b><br><br><b>Would you like to join our Wireline Services Product Line?</b><br><br><b> Are you passionate about being part of a successful team?</b><br><br><b>Join our Wireline Team</b><br><br>As a wireline team responsible for the global Health and Safety of all our employees we are proud be the industry leader in creating and developing the highest standards in HSE with our cornerstone program, The Perfect HSE Day.<br><br>Our Materials Planning Team supports to provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve operations reliably and efficiently.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Inventory Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, coordinating, and leading the planning and inventory structure to develop and maintain integrated plans for all activities and projects within the Services Operation, Inventory and Warehouse Management.<br><br>As a Region Assets and Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Ensures Assets required for the forecasted activity are available</li><li>Manages SOP process within the region and the Product Line HQ</li><li>Creating and implementing PL inventory and asset utilization strategies that are aligned to the OFS head quarter materials management strategies.</li><li>Ensuring OFS inventory and asset policies and processes are implemented and being followed</li><li>Monitoring levels of SS, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly and Provides updates to inventory and asset utilization projections and creates mitigation plans as needed.</li><li>Monitoring inventory levels and works to ensure the weekly increase or decrease in levels are aligned to the business such that monthly and annual inventory goals are met and Reviews Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) with regions and involves other functional groups to reduce SMI risk.</li><li>Working with materials planner to create the netted demand plan and develops and implement stocking strategies for local providers</li><li>Working to phase in new product inventory and develop plans for effectively managing replaced inventory and Ensures compliance to all Inventory & Asset compliance Policies are adhered to including but not limited to Inventory verification, Customer Owned, Consigned and PPE Physical verification.</li><li>Working across countries and regions to ensure assets are available to meet customer needs. And Working with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured and delivery times are aligned to the business</li><li>Developing spare parts distribution strategies to support the asset repairs, Works with the material planners to ensure new assets, repaired assets and spares are captured with the S&OP process, monitors key reports to ensure aged transactions are addressed and system dates are maintained.</li><li>Managing the asset and inventory management team including employee training, development, and career progression and Responsible to action any audit findings associated with inventory or assets.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (7+ years' experience)</li><li>Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management</li><li>Have experience in the maintenance, field, and wireline services area</li><li>Have a deep knowledge of S&OP process, SAP and MRP functionality</li><li>Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
