We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b><b>Partner with the best</b></b><br><br>As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You'll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.<br><br>As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Responsible for the production operations design and planning, also new product introduction</li><li>Responsible for non conformance material analysis and improvement</li><li>Responsible for efficiency improvements and cost reductions</li><li>Continuously suggesting improvements in products, manufacturing processes and procedures</li><li>Handling standardized manufacturing processes, setting up guidelines for choosing the right actions</li></ul><br><br><b><b>Fuel your passion</b></b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred) </li><li>Have more than five years experience of a similar role in manufacturing industry</li><li>Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills</li><li>Have experience of handling emergencies in the factory</li><li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li>Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English (TOEIC Score is over 600)</li></ul><br><br><b><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><ul><li>Working hours: 8:00 ~17:00 but conference call at night sometimes.</li></ul><br><br><b><b>Working with us</b></b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
