As a business, we have been providing services related to risk within our wider Assurance practice. On 1 July 2020, we established this new Line of Service to better use the scale and breadth of our practice including many of the firm’s experts in areas such as regulation, cyber security, listings, actuarial, accounting, controls and internal audit.<p><b><b>About Enterprises and Enterprise Business Applications </b></b></p><p></p><p>The Enterprises business unit will be leading the drive for growth and innovation across Risk, and enabling areas identified from within our business to have the space and breadth to rapidly scale. The purpose of our new BU is to incubate and scale some of our propositions and services to accelerate and supercharge their growth, as well as providing us with a place to develop some of our new solutions for the future.</p><p></p><p>We are currently made up of 3 key areas, PwC Sustainability, Enterprises Business Applications and Marketing &amp; Media.</p><p></p><p>Our Enterprises Business Applications (EBA) is a rapidly growing team offering a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change. The team specialises in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate complex and challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions. Our Microsoft team excels in de-risking these complex programmes and helping our clients to achieve their desired programme outcomes.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Rapidly expanding team</p></li><li><p>Focus on a growing market</p></li><li><p>Strength in delivery capability coupled with MS technology experience</p></li><li><p>Growth plan to move from 40-220 FTE over 4 years</p></li><li><p>Business integrator and client-side advisor focus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>The Role</b></b></p><p></p><p>As a Microsoft Architecture Lead, you will work with clients and partners to ensure that technical solutions are coherent, cost-effective, and fit for the future. This will involve:</p><ul><li><p>Focusing on the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and F&amp;O solutions for clients.</p></li><li><p>Defining the overall architecture framework for clients, including applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure, working with Microsoft technologies.</p></li><li><p>Leading the definition of solution architecture for complex transformation programmes.</p></li><li><p>Defining key transition states across the course of programme delivery to enable clients to reach their target state.</p></li><li><p>Performing the technical lead role on programmes to ensure coherence across workstreams such as data, integrations, environments, and infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Managing technical workstreams in complex environments made up of client, supplier, contractor and PwC teams.</p></li></ul><p><b><b>Person specification</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience in defining, designing and implementing solution architectures involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.</p></li><li><p>Significant experience in understanding client technology landscape and how the landscape will be transformed using Microsoft technologies.</p></li><li><p>Significant experience in defining transition states in complex legacy environments, to enable move to target state.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience of working with common Independent Solution Vendors (ISVs) in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to present highly technical content in a concise and consumable way.</p></li><li><p>Experience in engaging senior client stakeholders to discuss all matters in relation to architecture and solution.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in driving technical teams to achieve outcomes and meet implementation timelines.</p></li><li><p>Pragmatic, unfazed by ambiguity, and able to drive clarity and measurable execution.</p></li><li><p>Deep experience in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial: applications, data, integrations, infrastructure</p></li></ul><p></p><br /><p><strong>Risk</strong> <br />We&rsquo;re a leading provider of trust in the digital world - in the eyes of our people, our clients and our stakeholders.
