This is a senior position responsible for overall Supply Chain &amp; Procurement function related to finding goods and services in our core field of the Energy and Industrial Sectors at the best value regarding quality and price. The type of goods procured varies from one industry to another with the underlying duty of meeting budget constraint to increase profitability. Additional duties of this position include assisting the analysis and preparation of contracts and working closely with upper management teams as well as outside vendors to meet project requirements.</p>

<ul>
<li>Manage and lead the team of the Supply Chain function and enhance it.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.</li>
<li>Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.</li>
<li>Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.</li>
<li>Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Liaises with team on preparation of Procurement service level reports and feedback on improvement suggestions.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement projects.</li>
<li>Meets on a regular basis with internal customers to review Procurement service levels and quality.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with the processes - in line with the company policies.</li>
<li>Champions the use of NetSuite system and provides training to end-users on regular basis.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot processing issues with end user (eg: change management, cost allocation).</li>
<li>Run SQ reviews with end users on regular basis.</li>
<li>Tracks acknowledgement and delivery of purchase orders by Suppliers when required.</li>
<li>Follow up with finance team to updates and maintains Open Purchase Orders until closed and paid.</li>
<li>Adherence to the approved Supplier agreements/contracts.</li>
<li>Leads finance and Logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies when required.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, in all aspects of the P&amp;S activity.</li>
<li>Ensure that local Purchasing activities are conducted in accordance with Purchasing procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure to do a proper filing for the documents when required.</li>
<li>Ensure to prioritize and action all the customers (Operation) request and keep them updated with the status of their request.</li>
<li>Represent the Procurement function at the location.</li>
<li>Provides local hands-on support in case of critical requests on spot purchases and emergency purchases of goods and services for the site.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a high volume and time sensitive environment.</li>
<li>Enhances supplier relationships by developing and continually improving upon post-award supplier processes.</li>
<li>Responsible for locally specific spot buys for orders within defined limits.</li>
<li>Respect for the hierarchy of management by report the cases to your line manager as a 1st authorized person.</li>
<li>Execute any additional assignment given to you by your direct line manager.</li>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s Degree in related field of study in Supply chain, Accounting, business administration or Finance.</li>
<li>Supply Chain and/or Procurement certifications are preferred.</li>
<li>Experienced in Procurement operations, prepare proposals, request quotes, Maintain the suppliers&
39; relations, Planning for the project sourcing and negotiate purchase terms and conditions Microsoft EXCEL, PPT, WORD.</li>
<li>Teamwork (The role highly depends on ability to continue harmony in team to achieve objectives).</li>
<li>Saudi nationality is preferred.</li>
<li>15 years&
39; experience in the same field.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge in local content programs such IKTVA, NUSANED, Government Local Content.</li>
