We are looking for someone, who is passionate and excited about the opportunity to make a difference to peoples lives! MISION: Develops and implements sales strategy for the Cataluña region to achieve sales and profitability goals. MAIN FUNCTIONS: Set sales goals and objectives. Creates a tactical plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of multiple hospital accounts in a prescribed territory. Implements field marketing activities and coordinate with marketing to create the account/product marketing plans. Schedules appointments and makes sales presentations to customers. Develops specific action plans for new product introduction in the region. Promotes professional education activities to enhance the knowledge of Health care professionals. Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions. Performs contract and tender management activities. Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales. Prepares sales reports and documents as required. Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Provides input to sales forecast for business planning. Relays relevant market information to management. Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and other key stakeholders Key customers management – find needs and opportunities. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Qualifications ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: University Degree, preferably in life science (nursery, physiotherapy…). Previous sales experience of a minimum of 5-10 years in the Medical Device sector. Intermediate level of English and native Spanish. Driving license is a must. Good oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required. The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills. Residence, preferably in Barcelona. SOFT SKILLS: High level of clinical knowledge.
