<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
To provide high level coordination and management advisory to the Operations Manager. The position manages multi disciplinary coordination and acts as think tank in all operational, technical strategic, management and administrative matters related to the departments. Objective of the position is to seel opportunities to increase efficiency and reducing cost of operations by improved resource utilization while ensuring Quality, health, Safety and environment requirements through implementation of Operational Excellence.<br />

<b>Education</b><br />
Bachelor&
39;s and M. Sc in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
Minimum 20 yrs experience of which at least 10yrs in a Senior position in the oil and gas industry covering engineering and production operations. Shall have a proven record of performance in successfully handling oil fields operations, maintenance practices, oil and gas well performance, process, inshore facilities, pipelines, plant designs and contracts reviews, cost/benefit analysis, project engineering work analysis, budget &amp; procurement related activities, improvement of production techniques, practices, involvement of procedures and regulations and has good knowledge of design/engineering of hydrocarbon industry. Fluent in written and spoken english Excellent knowledge of use of computers. High integrity, mature temperament, strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound analytical capability, innovative and original thinking with persuasive, consensus building and conflict resolution skills.<br />
