<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Coordinates, interfaces and approves all maintenance activities in the assigned units, acting as Operations focal point ensuring optimal allocation of resources based on Plant priorities and safety practices. Liaise and facilitate with teams from maintenance planning, Production &amp; maintenance to deliver the Production plan.<br />

Chemical Engineering or Equivalent<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
- 10 years of experience in Refinery Operations with 8 years in a Senior Supervisory role. - High degree of skills in oral and written English - Good management and motivational skills. - Good communication skills. - Quick troubleshooting skills, decisiveness, sharp analytical and computer skills. - Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with other departments in a professional manner. - Strong leadership skills. - Intensive knowledge of field activities, - Should possess organizing abilities, presentation techniques<br />
