<b>Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
Our <b>Facility Team Leader in Malaga, WA </b> is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all equipment in the plant and office facility.<br />
<br />
Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</p>

<ul>
<li>Know and understand Weatherford quality policy and complies with all requirements of the quality manual, operating and technical procedures plus workplace instructions.</li>
<li>Ability to trouble-shoot if problem is mechanical, electrical, nu-matic or hydralic. Should also have ability to repair.</li>
<li>Visually inspect and test machinery</li>
<li>Listen for unusual sounds from machine or equipment to detect malfunction to diagnose problem and repair machines</li>
<li>Clean and lubricate machines, including dismantling and repair</li>
<li>Maintain and repair basic electrical connections</li>
<li>Maintain piping systems</li>
<li>Repair office facility equipment</li>
<li>Teach routine preventative maintenance to production and maintenance workers</li>
<li>Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.</li>
<li>Work with no supervision and relate to other self-directed work groups.</li>
<li>Direct various other duties and activities. Assign jobs to other employees within the physical constraints of the job.</li>
<li>Set-up a preventative maintenance program in all areas.</li>
<li>Enforce all safety policies in your area</li>
<li>Enforce attendance and punctuality polices</li>
<li>Set-up training programs for your employees</li>
</ul>

<b>Qualifications </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Requires 4-5+ years of relevant work experience in the Resource Industry or Heavy Equipment Industry, preferably Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction, Steel etc</li>
<li>Forklift license is essential as this role will be driving a forklift.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent is essential.</li>
<li>Overhead crane license is advantageous.</li>
<li>Hands on experience in Wash Bay, Sand Blasting Bay, Painting Bay and Unloading basket are highly preferred. (Must be willing to get in the bays when required)</li>
<li>Strong experience in coordinating equipment&
39;s through various bays is essential</li>
<li>Strong experience in repair and maintenance of equipment&
39;s is essential.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in leading a small team is essential.</li>
<li>Material Handling experience is advantageous</li>
<li>Strong experience in planning work flows</li>
<li>Extensive intricate knowledge of relevant machines</li>
<li>Knowledge of welding procedures is an advantage</li>
<li>Familiar with hand tools and inspection devices</li>
<li>Understanding of basic trouble-shooting techniques</li>
<li>Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
