The role will be responsible to deliver standardized HR admin processes and will leverage required HR systems and tools to meet the process requirements based out of the Krakow GBS site. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering HR administration Ensuring a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers for all administrative queries Day-to-day maintenance of HR Systems and managing reporting of HR data Qualifications/Requirements Strong interest in HR area, previous experience would be an asset Communication skills in Polish and English Collaborative team player with a strong “to do” attitude Willingness and open to learn Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular
