<b>Graduate Project Manager</b><br><br><b>Are you a graduate and looking for a Project Management role, in an Energy Technology company?</b><br><br><b>Are you aspiring for your first role and look to gain exposure to a multitude functions within the business organizations?</b><br><br><b>Get stuck in to a variety of projects and enjoy the experience and exposure in a cross functional, matrix environment in Energy.</b><br><br>Join our team of collaborative project managers to ensure the success of a myriad of projects<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Graduate Project Manager will provide support using methodologies and governance, using an integrated project and change management approach<br><br>As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Leading the execution of project management for PMO Special projects and to support the prioritized portfolio.</li><li>Ensuring all projects are appropriately planned, delivered on time, within budget and scope, change integrated, and benefit on track for realization</li><li>Developing project management plans for the complete project life cycle, including adoption and sustainable change from project through to anchoring</li><li>Driving maximum delivery value by ensuring project benefits are fully defined, tracked, continued and realization is full executed within business functions</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a good degree in Business, Information Systems or the Sciences</li><li>Have the technical ability to analyse and apply creative problem-solving skills to bugs and problems uncovered</li><li>Have a good organizational awareness and ability to work with stakeholders across functions, locations, disciplines and possess a customer service mindset.</li><li>Have a strong process orientation and drive, and ability to drive project and change management processes within each project management plan</li><li>Have experience collaborating and communicating with multiple layers of management within both the corporate and business unit environment</li><li>Have effective written and verbal communication skills, tailored towards a wide range of audiences</li><li>Have enthusiasm towards creative problem solving and solution delivery</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
