Become member of a scrum team responsible for Orion Platform which is key part of the SolarWinds Orion products portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about quality software and efficient testing practices. Our focus is on universality, performance, and scalability of any solution we provide to our customers. Responsibilities As a member of the scrum team, besides other things, you will find and submit technical issues into JIRA that will be your ticket system for validating resolved issues. Besides manual testing, challenging product development from very beginning and creative work on exploring tricky issues, we focus on test automation. SpecFlow, the framework, along with Gherkin or C
, will help you improve automation coverage of the project. You will also work on shortening QA regression and a way to provide fast and accurate feedback about build health to developers. Also, in case customer has some issue which our support doesn’t have enough knowledge to solve, we as engineering are here to provide help based on our knowledge. Qualifications Required: We require you have commercial experience in software testing focused on web-based applications. You need to have experience working with Test Automation tools, general knowledge in OOP, and a solid understanding of the development processes. Also, because we are a multicultural team and company, you should be able to express your thoughts and ideas in English. Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD principles. Working experience with relational databases. Experience with a source control tool, like Git, SVN, TFS, or similar Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity
