Mission: Overall responsibility for Xcelerator China business strategy and consequent implementation in close collaboration with global team. Developing & driving platform business to maximize impact for customers, partners and community through innovative technologies and business models. Responsibilities: As a change agent, shape the future of industrial digital transformation together with Siemens Xcelerator. Responsible for budgeting and planning of Xcelerator in China, as well as its modus operandi. Understand market drivers of digital business for industrial sector and lead the development of platform business in China. Transfer market and customers’ requirements/demands to Xcelerator’s portfolio and drive G2M implementation in close collaboration with Siemens Businesses. Develop strategic partnerships to optimize customer value proposition and ignite a thriving ecosystem. Ensure the deployment and continuous improvement of local marketplace in close collaboration with IT and other Functions. Orchestrate strategic marketing activities to activate the community and strengthen community’s thought leadership on relevant topics such as digitalization and decarbonization. Drive internal change management and tap into the potential of the whole organization to safeguard Xcelerator’s implementation. Liaise with global team to align overall strategy & plans, and ensure continuous learning transfers. Requirements: 10+ years’ experience and at least 5 years in management position. Rich experience and market knowhow of digital transformation and running platform business, preferably in industrial sector. In-depth knowledge on technologies and business models related to IIoT, SaaS etc. Strong business acumen and impact orientation, with proven record of running businesses as well as developing and implementing strategy programs. Demonstrated leadership competences in driving and scaling new businesses by mobilizing various teams (locally and globally) and by leveraging the power of ecosystem. Living a growth mindset. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
