Translate the business plan into financial plan; Accountable for the annual operating plan and monitoring delivery - P&L, Cash flow & KPIs; Run the forecast process to identify business risks and mitigation options to keep the business on plan; A key member of the country management teams as the commercial insight for the business; Review & implement financial control policies and procedures and be responsible for improvements to strengthen operational efficiency; Deliver acquisition growth through a pipeline of deals, including development of the business case, modelling of acquisition performance and development & execution of integration plan; Instrumental in the implementation of Group policy & procedures; Keep the business up to date with relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice; Manage and develop the Finance team; Communicate with internal & external auditors, tax advisor and bankers; Communicate with the company secretaries. Requirements University degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline; Chartered Accountant with track record of delivering value to the business beyond audited accounts; Minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in finance & accounting roles preferably for a multinational company; Demonstrated leadership & communication skills: 5 years in finance management positions in a matrix organization and at ease dealing with leaders in other disciplines; Strong financial modeling, analytical and IT practical skills, particularly in MS Excel.
