Auto req ID: 284615BR Job Description Enable annual productivity for the MOVE spend categories, as well as strategic pipeline initiatives, through planned Network Optimization projects, as well as ad hoc support to fill gaps. Driving efficiency in overall operational footprint by balancing Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation, and Go to Market dimensions. Pro-active understanding, interpretation, and application/risk management/mitigation of potential Warehousing & Transportation changes, constraints, decrees, and pipeline amendments Lead Network Optimization model building, such as multi-period manufacturing capacities, distribution networks, expression-based constraints etc., & cascade advanced model building capabilities to the broader team Own the Network Optimization deep dives process, continuously improving the process, executing aligned deep dives and governing execution of action plans. Co-owns the Warehousing & Transportation mapping & elements in Network Optimization baseline mapping sustainment, and scenario building concepts Qualifications/Requirements Excellent project management skills Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / Industrial Engineering or related fields Excellent communication and influencing skills Strong cross functional linkages required Process oriented and having eye for detail Must be able to work across functional boundaries and within lots of uncertainty “PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act
