<b> Case Management System Analyst </b><br><br><b> Are you passionate about providing complex technical solutions? </b><br><br><b> Do you enjoy being part of a team that drives efficiency through automation? </b><br><br><b> Join our Team! </b><br><br>Our Human Capital & Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters. we provide coaching, HR process expertise, other general HR activities.<br><br>This role can be remotely based out of all the listed locations.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Case Management System Analyst, you will primarily focus on sustaining and optimizing our HR case management system - Neocase, and our corresponding employee portal through participating in the development of a strong roadmap including upcoming vendor releases and other internally identified enhancement opportunities. You will help develop job aids, training content and communications for users to refer to while using the system. You will participate in the Neocase Community and inform stakeholders about the latest enhancements for future releases accordingly. In addition, you will collaborate with the other members of the HR Technology and Digital Technology teams to create and implement end-to-end solutions that meet workforce and enterprise needs.<br><br>As a Case Management System Analyst, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Driving the continuous development of the existing systems implementations, help to identify HR process automation, process improvement and employee experience improvement opportunities. <br><br> &bull; Leading and/or participating in system enhancement projects from design and configuration to testing and implementation. <br><br> &bull; Staying up-to-date with the latest Neocase releases and provide suggestions around use cases accordingly. <br><br> &bull; Collaborating with Digital Technology team on identifying and resolving system inefficiencies and defects. <br><br> &bull; Assisting in resolving user
