Hertz 24/7 Account Manager

General Responsibilities Primary Focus of Role Deliver first class service and Account Management to our partners. Identify additional revenue opportunities with existing client base whilst identifying and converting new business opportunity. Closely monitor KPI’s across all partners and strive to achieve best in class by continuous improvement of the customer journey across all booking / enrolment channels. Efficient management of own diary to ensure maximum productivity and self-motivation. Providing support across all 24/7 departments whilst also collaborating with RAC sales team to maximise new business opportunities. Deliver high level presentations to promote the 24/7 service and update of the 24/7 proposition. Project Management of new initiatives delivered to timescales and budget. Essential Requirements What you need for a Great Journey Educational Background: The candidate should have a university degree with a account management background. Lower qualifications with relevant experience will be considered. Professional Experience: Ideally with a minimum of 5 years prior sales experience including account management. Able to demonstrate experience of working in the retail sector, understanding this sector and key influencers. Demonstrate where they have built and maintained a fantastic relationship with a key partner. Have the ability to identify and influence key revenue drivers so as to realize the accounts full potential. Skills: The candidate should demonstrate the following skills: Set high goals for self and others coupled with the ability to motivate and lead a team Very good planning skills Energy and tolerance for stress Responsiveness to diverse and rapidly changing operating environments Very good analytical skills. Project management a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills rounded with ability to train and coach employees Fluency in the local language and English. Other European languages a plus Financially astute with an excellent understanding of a P&L statement IT Skills: advanced user level on Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Power Point, Word, Access. P2P platform and experience with maintenance systems a plus.
