«out The Role The eBanking Assistant will assist with eBanking and Operational products and services. eBanking Assistant will greet customers with a smile, assess and fill their needs in a professional manner. The eBanking Assistant is also responsible cash management annual reviews, assisting customers with eBanking/Cash Management questions, monthly/quarterly and annual eBanking reporting, and performing branch clerical duties. Duties include but are not limited to: Respond daily to client questions and issues regarding eBanking systems and services to ensure effective client system utilization and understanding while providing excellent customer service. Work various daily eBanking reports and review NetTeller initiated ACH batches. Assist with monthly and quarterly eBanking reporting. Assist with review & scanning the Bank’s cash management customers to include all system parameters for all cash management products and services. Assist with annual review and audit of each cash management customer and their individual controls to mitigate unnecessary risk. Assist with implementation of electronic banking/cash management software upgrades and enhancements by utilizing and actively participating in products and services offered. Assist with coordinating activities that support and enhance the Bank’s business development efforts ongoing. Work closely with eBanking Manager on implementation and testing of new products and training requirements. Account research related to RDA, RDC, Cash Management and Bill Pay. Provide back-up and support to Call Center when necessary or as assigned. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date. Provide viable options to meet customer needs, while conforming to Bank regulations and policies and following the Service Pledge. Perform other related duties as requested. About You MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent required Strong customer relations skills & experience required Clerical experience preferred. Previous bank experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: Ability to work in a professional manner. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Knowledge of equipment, PC, network, etc. Knowledge of online services on internet. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Ability to set goals, manage time, adjust to change and maintain priorities. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
