Marketing Executive

Solution planning, development and deployment - work with your colleagues to develop and deploy new solutions and deliver our sustainability programme Support the ongoing Hygiene & Wellbeing sustainability programme, identifying and sharing trends, emerging market/ sector opportunities, customer and competitor insight, and help shape the programme Manage development of solutions through efficacy/ claims and market testing, engaging across functions including supply chain, regulatory, procurement Deliver new solutions to markets via route one packs clearly defining target opportunities and positioning, supported with proposition toolkits, within the agreed timeframe Business Partnering and Best Practice: Engage target markets to identify peer to peer sharing opportunities to deliver Hygiene & Wellbeing commercial goals Input into the Regional Category Forums on innovation, content and sustainability, highlighting the expected commercial impact Hygiene & Wellbeing Campaign and Content Development and Toolkits: To support the delivery of commercial goals by creating and delivering key assets into markets Developing and launching marketing toolkits, engaging with markets to ensure maximum value add Delivering content campaigns on key growth areas, managing initial briefing, research, capture of cross functional expertise and content, and working with our internal agency to deliver marketing assets, launching to market Requirements University Graduate or above in a business related subject or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience Experience of product marketing All round marketing/communication experience Benefits Competitive salary Hybrid working - working partly from home and partly from office Rentokil Initial Reward Scheme 23 days' holiday, plus 8 bank holidays Employee Assistance Programme Death-in-Service Benefit Free parking Healthcare
