Come be part of something special - start your journey today! <br><br>The Project Scheduler is a key member of the Large Projects team. They will own all aspects of scheduling and planning large projects from initial schedule creation through to project closure. This will include Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, change management and performance measurement. They will partner with the Project Manager and work with the internal functions (Engineering, Sourcing, PSI etc) to drive the schedule to deliver to our customers on time. They will manage the integration of schedules with our partners and subcontractors where required. They will provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and drive best in class scheduling practices<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Develop & maintain Level 1, 2, and 3 project schedules (including managing standard activities, defining the required dependencies, linkages, inter-relationships, associated cycles, durations, responsibility codes, resource loading, etc.)</li><li>Partner with the Project Managers and Function Leaders to ensure that the project plans are regularly updated and reflect accurate information</li><li>Monitor Project progress; provide problem analysis and corrective action; Identify, communicate and mitigate risks </li><li>Track and monitor the progress of the tasks and milestones with project teams, identify variances, and warning signs and ensure early actions are taken as necessary</li><li>Integrate schedules with partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and manage Schedule Change. Analyze and prepare defense positions on schedule claims. Develop schedule workaround plans to maintain project cost and schedule requirements.</li><li>Follow up and expedite all functional teams to drive the on-time delivery of the projects (Engineering, Supply Chain, Install/Commissioning)</li><li>Analyze contracts and be aware of crucial terms and conditions, schedule, contractual or logistical elements</li><li>Provide progress reports & management level reporting</li><li>Mentor others regarding advanced project scheduling</li></ul><br><b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of Primavera Product Suite</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Project Management concepts and techniques</li><li>Senior level experience in Project planning and scheduling using P6 </li><li>Thorough understanding of project scheduling fundamentals like earned value analysis, critical path analysis and resource analysis</li><li>Ability to train and mentor others</li><li>Preferred knowledge of SAP</li><li>Ability to set individual priorities </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong team collaboration skills</li><li>PMP certification desirable</li></ul><br>We offer competitive compensation and benefits working in a dynamic environment with challenging projects and training provided to ensure your success.<br><br>We realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
