Our Reservoir Technical Services (RTS) team provide the subsurface intelligence, technical ingenuity, and experience to develop strategies that improve performance, production, and profits across the life of your asset.<br />

The role is expected to lead the RTS Product Line in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br />
<br />
As the Reservoir Technical Services (RTS) Leader - KSA, you will be responsible for:<br />
<br />
<b>Essential Responsibilities: </b><br />
<br />
&bull; Leading and managing the Geoscience &amp; Petroleum Engineering team for KSA from a discipline and business perspective.<br />
<br />
&bull; Managing headcount, revenue and cost in close collaboration and with full goal alignment with the product lines and countries within MENATI.<br />
<br />
&bull; Advising customers on Baker Hughes specific solutions to drive improved outcomes in well construction as well as field production and recovery.<br />
<br />
&bull; Providing subsurface related advice and input to multi-disciplinary projects, from exploration through discovery and appraisal to field development and production to drive revenue and margin opportunity for Baker Hughes.<br />
<br />
&bull; Guiding and reviewing the provision of RTS work products to provide Best In Class solutions for Baker Hughes clients.<br />
<br />
&bull; Establishing and managing larger multi-disciplinary project teams and / or multiple projects of greater scope and complexity.<br />
<br />
&bull; Mentoring and developing talent.<br />

<b>Fuel your passion </b><br />
<br />
To be successful in this role you will:<br />
<br />
&bull; Have a Bachelor&
39;s/Masters/PhD Degree in Geoscience or related earth science discipline with minimum 15 years relevant work experience, coupled with relevant P&amp;L experience from a sales and service product line<br />
<br />
&bull; Have e xcellent problem solving skills with a drive for results.<br />
<br />
&bull; Be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong client focus<br />
<br />
&bull; Have ability to influence others and manage a team<br />
<br />
&bull; Demonstrate teaming skills to work across various internal and external organizations<br />
<br />
&bull; Be a ble to work both independently and as part of multi-disciplined teams working with an extensive client base.<br />
<br />
&bull; Have u nderstanding of reservoir analysis and modeling.<br />
<br />
&bull; Be fluent in Arabic (preferably)<br />
