Service Delivery Coordinator - Drilling & Completion Fluids

Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.<br></li><li>Coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions<br></li><li>Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.<br></li><li>Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars, Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries .<br></li><li>Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.<br></li><li>Being familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the Baker Hughes SOP) .<br></li><li>Escalating of issues that can impact service delivery, Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash<br></li></ul><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have relevant Technical Degree.<br></li><li>Have at least 10 years of relevant industry experience and product line training.<br></li><li>Have general product line knowledge in addition to meeting competency requirements as outlined in ACHIEVE LEARNING.<br></li><li>Have excellent Functional /Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamworking Skills.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
