Project Manager (Controls & Digitalization)

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Bachelor’s degree in electrical power, electronics, IT or equivalent5 years’ experience in electrical/ control system service, maintenance or engineering. Able to speak at least one local language of ASEAN. Knowledge and experience on power generation control systems (SPPA-T3000 or PCS7 will be added advantage) Experience in planning, executing and completing projects according to deadlines and within budget. Experience working with a multi-national team and with global engineering teams. Your responsibilities This position is responsible for directing and managing modernization and digitalization projects in the power generation industry in ASEAN. You will have responsibility for profit/ loss, schedule performance and customer satisfaction of the projects assigned by defining and tracking scope, schedule, budgets, risks and deliverables. You will also support sales and bid in the early phase of project acquisition Portfolio of projects include distributed control systems, cyber-security, performance optimization and asset management Your opportunities for personal growth The role will give you regional and global exposure The role exposes you to cooperate with many different parts of the organization and all levels of hierarchy providing different insights and angles to the problems at hand.
