Underpinning all of this is our commitment to ensuring our people are equipped with tomorrow's skills to drive success for our clients today.</p><br /><p><u><b>The role</b></u></p><p></p><p>The PwC Operate Application Management Services (AMS) is looking to recruit individuals with a proven track record in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud.</p><p></p><p>You will be joining an established team of Support Consultants who provide support and consulting services to Oracle clients in the UK and overseas. </p><p></p><p>You will be primarily based from a PwC office, or in line with PwC’s everyday flexibility policy, with much of the work being undertaken remotely over secure network connections to client systems. As with any client-facing role you may be required to work on client sites from time to time.</p><p></p><p>You will have demonstrable Oracle HCM and Payroll functional experience, preferably in a managed services provider environment, working to consistently high standards and with minimal day-to-day supervision.</p><p></p><p><u><b>To be considered for this role, you must have the following:</b></u></p><p> </p><p>• Oracle Cloud Human Resources experience</p><p>• Oracle Absence Management experience</p><p>• Strong Oracle Payroll development experience</p><p>• Strong Fast Formula experience (absence and payroll)</p><p>• Understanding of Cloud Tables and Data Model in HCM</p><p>• Familiarity with Oracle’s quarterly releases, reviewing release content and producing client focussed impact assessments </p><p>• Worked in a Managed Service capacity using ITIL best practice</p><p>• Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels</p><p>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p> </p><p><u><b>Experience with the following products/skills would be desirable:</b></u></p><p> </p><p>• Taleo Recruit</p><p>• Oracle Recruiting Cloud</p><p>• Oracle Learning Cloud</p><p>• Oracle Time and Labor Cloud</p><p>• Oracle Compensation and Benefits Cloud</p><p>• BI Publisher and OTBI</p><p>• Data Migration, Transformation and Load, HDL</p><p>• HCM Extracts</p><br /><p><strong>Not the role for you?</strong><br />Did you know PwC offers flexible career arrangements and contract work? <a href="https://www.pwc.co.uk/careers/flexible-contractor-careers.html" rel="no-follow">Learn more</a>.<br /><br /><strong>The skills we look for</strong><br />In addition to our global framework, the PwC Professional, there are a number of key Operate behaviours you'll be evaluated against during our assessment process.
