<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b></p>

<p>Maintain technical oversight, analyze and benchmark the operational performance of GTL PSA and JV Operators to identify potential gaps and recommend actions to improve / optimize plant performance related to product yields, energy efficiency, cost optimization and facility reliability &amp; availability. Provide guidance and leadership during the implementation of strategic initiatives in PSA and JV Operators.</p>

<b>Education</b></p>

<p>B. Sc Chemical Engineering or equivalent if National M. Sc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent if expatriate</p>

<p><br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b></p>

<p>At Least 15 years technical/operation experience in oil &amp; gas operating facilities including 10 years in refining operating facilities ( preferably 5-10 years in GTL facilities) with proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams.<br />
