39;ll be a passionate and experienced video professional - comfortable flexing from creative to production, eager to come up with ideas and shepherd through jobs both big and small.</p><p><b>Position</b>: Creative Producer</p><p><b>Salary</b>: £30,199 to £35,529 (depending on experience) + £3,366 pa London Weighting (assuming hybrid or office working)</p><p><b>Location</b>: United Kingdom- Flexible location</p><p><b>Contract</b>: Permanent</p><p><b>Hours</b>: Full time (35 hours)</p><p><b>Closing Date</b>: 29th August 2022</p><p><b>The Role:</b></p><p><b>We </b><b>are after a creative producer, with mixture of creative and practical skillsets</b>.</p><p><ul><li>Development, scripting, pre-production, shoot attendance and postproduction</li><li>management on a job-by-job basis.</li><li>Ensuring our films answer their brief, support the brand, and are designed with purpose, with the audience in mind.</li><li>Managing project budgets on a job-by job basis, ensuring timescale are met and deliverables are properly stored.</li><li>Managing the relationship between commissioner and supplier, on a job-by-job basis.</li><li>Responding promptly and effectively to commissioners’ requirements, developing, and maintaining</li><li>Feeding into strategic planning of Film Team and Creative resources, development of ideas and long-term goals</li><li>Help to develop, implement, and maintain production management systems, workflows, and processes.</li><li>Keep informed of creative developments in video content and platforms, ensuring all NSPCC content evolves.</li><li>Drive a perpetually improving standard of audio-visual quality by educating and working with others across Brand and Content and the wider organisation.</li></ul></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p><b>To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and Competencies:</b></p><p><ul><li>Video Production & Postproduction knowledge</li><li>Experience in production of short-form and marketing films, ideally in £5k-50k range</li><li>Knowledge of emerging platforms & creative techniques, such as vertical social formats</li><li>Hands on experience with either camera or editing is a plus, but not necessary.</li><li>Responding to briefs or requests from other departments</li><li>Strategically planning content to fill missing gaps or working alongside the marketing team to plan ahead</li><li>Experience in using mac software, including word processing, spreadsheets, Outlook.</li><li>Some knowledge of the Adobe suite to deliver tasks and projects – basic capability with Media Encoder, Premiere and Photoshop is a bonus.</li><li>Experience in filmmaking, either in-house or freelance, ideally covering sensitive subject matter.</li><li>Someone who is comfortable with budgeting and scripting.</li><li>Able to take a dry brief and low budget and make purposeful and effective assets</li></ul></p><p><b>In Return </b></p><p>You will also be rewarded with a variety of rewards and benefits including generous annual leave, employee benefits and assistance programme, pension, and life assurance schemes.</p><p>Join us and you’ll become part of a team that cares about the difference they can, makes beautiful and effective creative work, and enjoys the people they work with.
