N Position Type Non-Management POSITION SUMMARY As a Culture & Creative Agent you will be championing the Marriott International and Lapita as a best place to work, providing an opportunity to our associates to embody the right culture and shaping their creative talent. This role will drive associate engagement activities, social and recognition program. Live up the Marriott TakeCare program and driving the Associate Committee Working closely with the DOHR, Employer Brand and L&D team in cultivating the social media strategy, championing the internal communication within the hotel, associates and community. Overseeing the HR Communication strategy from Linkedin, internal website, social media page, creating marketing content. Be an ambassador of HR team in campaigning the most friendly, approachable and people culture Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
