Product/System application Test Leader

Þscription: '-Work with LOB CE/RD on product/system level V&V validation plan -Coordinate internal/external resource to execute the validation plan(including beta test at customer side if needed) -Participate in customer visit for related excursion investigation (product system level), specify customer requirement and lead for optimization. -Tracking localized products Performance in sustaining phase with TEX, service team as close loop for continuous improvement and QVE opportunity as close loop. Qualifications Qualifications: -Rich hands experience on product level application test, system test, beta experience. -Rich experience of working with RD team for product quality improvement -Rich customer visiting and issue handling experience for project level and maintence level. -Good close loop for end to end product quality management from component, PCBA till product . -Good Failure analysis knowledge and reliability test knowledge. -Strong problem solving skills and project management skill. -Good communication skill and coordinate ability. -Basic reading and writing in English.
