About Tamheer program Tamheer Training Program provides fresh graduates with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment and to promote the fresh graduate's’ career goals through contacts with professionals in their fields of study. Tamheer Training experience enables to participate in professional activities for PepsiCo working on important and innovative projects. To be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below: Should be a Saudi national in order to be applicable for the Tamheer Program Support. The applicant didn’t benefit from the Tamheer program previously. The applicant should not have been registered in GOSI in any job during the six (6) months preceding the application. Qualifications/Requirements The applicants will be the following majors: Business Administration, Human resource management, IT, MIS, Finance, Accounting, sales, Marketing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and Chemical Engineering. Should have a diploma/bachelor’s degree. Good skills in English language (Written, Speaking). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Outstanding collaboration skills. Ability to partner with leaders, team members, and peers to drive results. Are you ready?
