The Operations Support Manager is a critical role focused on services customer management, execution &amp; financial delivery. This person will have the responsibility to build a successful customer relationship. They will also be the point of contact for technical and service delivery solutions while achieving specified performance and financial objectives.<br />
<br />
As an Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Being the single point of ownership for Baker Hughes and customer for wing-to-wing execution.</li>
<li>Ensuring all teams understand contractual commitments prior to start and during execution and through project life;</li>
<li>Identifying new revenue streams in existing contracts. Main Services opportunity identification, business development &amp; activity forecast for opportunities within the operating district.</li>
<li>Integrating with customer and internal teams to successfully execute customer commitments on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Managing &amp; Executing Services&
39; contract. Services dispute escalations &amp; resolution. Costumer&
39; satisfaction.</li>
<li>Building long-term relationships with customers in Edmonton and surrounding field offices and provide support to any other customer priorities as required.</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in chemical services).</li>
<li>In addition to the above, possess 3 years of experience in chemical services.</li>
<li>Be a self motivated individual that focuses on flawless execution of projects</li>
<li>Diverse in troubleshooting, specialty chemical applications, strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Comfortable in Microsoft Word and Excel programs</li>
</ul>
