Resident Engineer- Senior Professional

What will you do? Maintain and troubleshoot equipment/software performance with the objective of providing quality services and customer satisfaction within company guideline and objective. Respond to technical requests & resolve problems both on-site and remotely. Provide commissioning and shutdown support if require. Identify technical solutions to customers’ problems like minor application changes, Graphics updating etc. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work at installed base sites and system upgrade activities. Provide Technical Support coverage along with the TAC team. The role will require long term residence on customer site What qualifications will make you successful?
