To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E The primary purpose of the role is to provide the operational framework for front-end business processes that are utilised throughout the Air-to-Air (AAR) Refuelling Business Development & Strategy (BD&S) function, including Capture Management, Bid Management, Business Case Analysis, Market and Competitor Analysis and Metrics Management. This role will also lead Continuous Improvement for the BD&S functions within the Business Team (BT) through the development of a framework to support BT strategy and driving external and internal Order Intake forecasting to deliver business growth and align with long term strategy. Your main responsibilities: Develop efficient process and supporting tools to drive a standard framework for managing Opportunities, Bids/Proposals and creating Business Cases. Establish metrics, report performance, complete trend analysis and drive recommendations to continuously improves Business Win results. Provide and maintain templates and tools for the BT that maximise BD&S performance using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Support business win through proposal writing, business case evaluation and the scheduling and completion of Gate Reviews and GRS App submissions Manage Order Intake forecasting for AAR BT Establish and manage Market and Competitor Analysis documents Co-operate with management to meet the employer’s legal duties; read and comply to the site Safety Health & Environment Policy; and take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions skills Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Demonstrated experience developing front-end business processes in a similar environment Experience in strategy development and tactical plans for new products in new markets Proficiency in creation of business case analysis Extensive experience in bid/proposal management Ability to measure, analyse Demonstrated ability to interpret Request for Proposal/Request for Quote, and schedule development and management Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Finance & Programme Management Strong interpersonal skills, especially motivation and team working Excellent verbal and written communication skills Precise time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities simultaneously Delivery focussed mind-set Excellent decision-making, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills What we offer to you: Competitive compensation and benefits package Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
