Consolidate volumen/spend/suppliers in order to leverage negotiations. Improve Payment Terms. Deliver productivity agenda working as a one team with R&D Visibility cost agenda with leadership Finance & FP&A. Leverage LATAM Team to improve savins. Deploy BCP Agenda for managed categories. Ensure P2P Process. Spend Mapping /Cost Analysis & Trends Promote governance Agenda, contracts, NDA's, TPDD's. Propose improvement actions Comply with the PepsiCo Purchasing Policy and the Code of Conduct. Qualifications/Requirements Graduated in Bachelor of Administration, Engineering or Economics Minimum 2 years work experience in the Procurement Area (Raw Material/pakaging desirable) Knowledge of SAP, and/or AribaSrourcing/Contracts (desirable) Capabilities to succeed in matricial teams/ Influencing skills Excellent collaborator and Communicator Capability to work under pressure and deliver short term results in VUCA environment.
