Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Supply Chain is recruiting for a Director of ERP Digital Platform leader located in New Jersey, Zug/Switzerland, or other global J&J head office. The Digital Platform Transformation Program is a critical component of the Consumer Health strategy to become a digital first company. Consumer Health is investing significantly to transform our core ERP landscape through the implementation of a single global instance of SAP’s S4 Hana platform. This will unlock significant value and establish a best of breed foundation for our S4 Digital Core. The Director of ERP Digital Platform will play a significant role in designing and delivering the ERP strategic transformation for Consumer Health and leading the technology program team. Responsibilities: Set a clear vision for the platform and is responsible for design and delivery of ERP platform Develop and execute on strategic plans to develop new Consumer Health ERP Platform and scale to unlock and accelerate digital capabilities within our business Understand business needs and capabilities the platform can deliver Responsible for the global Consumer Health ERP S/4 HANA global template design. Manage cross-deployment process design interdependencies, by working with respective stakeholders to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations. Encourage creative solutions with the strength of past knowledge and experiences acquired through other ERP program executions in Supply Chain. Negotiate with the business to see what items (story points) are built and which are backlogged based on capacity Accountable for the development work getting done correctly Overall accountability for Application Life Cycle Management Own development estimates and understands how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements Clear vision of the on the multi-generation product strategy Track progress of product development in the context of the larger program (scrum master owns day to day burn down charts) Report back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications Effectively communicate vision and strategy to peers, partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership Create an inclusive and positive work environment/culture where diverse talent can grow and succeed Practice design-driven thinking and creative problem solving to ensure efforts are focused on validated problems based on research and data that can be solved effectively and measured in market Drive operational efficiencies using outside/in and inside/out approaches Bold transformation of the ERP platform that competes with the best in class digital solutions across any industry Break silos and build deep relationships with all cross-functional contributing teams within SC, Commercial, R&D, and enabling functions to align on priorities, schedule, cost, and ensure successful execution of scope Manage a team of platform/product managers that develop process and solutions that will transform our ERP footprint in Consumer Health Champion team to be subject matter experts in Product Management, and contribute to their professional growth Qualifikationen 12+ years’ experience in Product Management or Product Development of digital and/or ERP solutions with proven track record of multiple successful user-facing solutions released to production Process, data and configuration knowledge of core ERP modules (e.g. MM/FICO/IM/SD), preferably SAP Strong understanding of the underlying technical architecture and benefits of S/4 HANA and complementary technologies. (e.g.: APS-OMP, SNC, WMS/WCS, TMS, Hybris). A successful track record of large program delivery of ERP programs. Experience in people management, coaching, and aiding professional growth Experience in Supply Chain processes and understanding of unique challenges and needs in this space Strong knowledge and comfort level with architecture, platform services and infrastructure, data, analytics, security, and internal controls Desire to succeed and motivate team members through inspirational leadership Demonstrates both strong vision, strategy, and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and anticipate/identify complex problems Ability to establish and manage priorities across many teams, globally Versatility and agility to work in a fast-changing environment with enthusiasm Ensure appropriate and effective communication flow among stakeholders and leadership Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result Experience working in a global environment and managing teams across multiple countries Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and their application in an SAP context Innate curiosity, data driven, and ability to self-start w/ growth mindset and thought leadership Ability to experiment and not be afraid to take risks Basic understanding of data science, from basic analytics to artificial intelligence Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong business and technical acumen Excellent organizational and analytical skills Have a real passion for learning, attention to detail and dedication to excellence Key Leadership Competencies Connect: Think globally, collaborate and consider the impact.
