Job Description Business analysis is the practice of enabling change in an enterprise by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. Business analysis enables an enterprise to articulate needs and the rationale for change, and to design and describe solutions that can deliver value. BAs are responsible for creating new models that support business decisions by working closely with development teams. Establishes initiatives and strategies to improve/streamline business processes and optimize costs. The Business Analyst goals are the following: Lead the business Work on improvements Find opportunity areas to do improvements Convert customer/business rules into system processes Zero errors culture by running test cases and monitoring changes from Start to Finish without errors Analyze risks Create internal and external manuals and processes. Detect problems and identify opportunities. Validates, evaluates and monitors the implementation of changes. A Business Analyst is a very methodical and detail-oriented profile that must have the following qualities/abilities Observant Analytic Work under pressure Has the ability to understand client needs and can provide solutions and better ways to accomplish their needs. Meet timelines Capacity to convert customer requirements into system rules Create and recreate possible scenarios to test the changes needed Validate all changes requested, able to stress the system and create possible scenarios without any data given Know how to identify business opportunities through the information collected Have good synthesis and communication skills to transfer consumer demands to the development team Have the ability to convert data and needs into improvements for the business Create database queries Create reports with minimum information Know how to work in a team and in a multidisciplinary way between various departments Document changes Analytical thinking Ability to solve problems Detail orientation Communication and counseling skills Initiative Business Intelligence Negotiation skills Self-motivated.
