Then this could be the role for you! Here at Creative Support, we are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our welcoming staff teams and become part of delivering high quality care to our service users.</p>
<p>You will engage with our service users on a daily basis and adapt to their individual needs. You will uphold a person-centred approach that promotes the strengths, interests and aspirations of those we provide for. You will work closely with individuals and their wider support networks to ensure that the well-being of our service users remains the focus of all we do. </p>
<p>Your role will include:<br />
•    Administering medication and lone working<br />
•    Supporting with cleaning, meal preparation and budgeting<br />
•    Encouraging service users to engage with their local community<br />
•    Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families</p>
<p>For this role previous care experience would be desirable, but is not essential. We are most interested in your positive mind-set and supportive nature!</p>
