Invoice to Cash Analyst

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. Role Responsibilities: • Cash Collection for assigned region and customers according to the defined procedures and finance principles and legislation • Making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls promptly according to processes • Respond to specific questions from local organizations, customer service, audit, finance reconciliation and invoice processing groups and clarify situations when necessary • Identify doubtful debt and take corrective actions when necessary • Produce routine reports and make summaries for SSC and affiliate management • Meet dashboard metrics related to Cash Collection • Selected Credit Management tasks • Evaluating credit risk, making recommendations on, and setting credit limits according to the defined procedures • Order releasing within scope of authority • Work with credit reports and monitoring from credit agencies • Performing periodical credit limit reviews • Proactively suggesting ideas to improve and automate processes • Active involvement in identifying potential business improvements • To support the projects proposed by the company in the area of responsibility • To support the third party (Duo Capital) in the information necessary for the fulfillment of its objectives Accountabilities • Meeting KPIs of I2C team • Support of the I2C Team lead • Timely and accurate reporting Reports to: I2C Team Lead Direct reports: N/A Main Customers/Contacts • External Customers • Customer Service Team • Manila´s team ( Accenture) ( cash application) • A2R team • Local finance, sales • Auditors • Third party (Duo Capital) Qualifications Qualifications/Skills/Experience • Strong communication skills on the phone combined with customer and service orientation • Experience in a similar job in Finance (preferably in the accounts receivable area) / accounting / customer service environment • Independent worker, requiring only occasionally supervision • Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative • Strong analytical and communication skills • Native level for Portuguese language/s (written and oral) & good level of English (written and oral) For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
