The Portfolio Lead team provides leadership, direction, and intervention to enable learning solutions in a book of business. They lead teams that are creating, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness and quality of the programs; they direct and coordinate the resources necessary to ensure the efficiency of L&D operations; and they intervene to address problems, issues, or concerns that could compromise the quality of L&D efforts. Portfolio Leads leverage their competencies in Budget Coordination, Curriculum Management, Troubleshooting and Issue Escalation, Stakeholder Coordination, Comms Coordination, Data Storytelling, Best Practices, and Resource Forecasting to partner with L&D Strategist to activate learning strategy into execution. This includes liaising with offshore when completing submissions to Calculo/Learning Requests, connecting with our onsite support team for smaller events, room reservations and small MES events;</li><li>Utilizing workflow and visualization tools to analyze data sets and communicate data insights to drive decision making by leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.;</li><li>Prepping activities, facilitators, and materials for various Portfolio Lead and Strategist communications channels including tracking agendas, synthesizing notes and actions;</li><li>Planning, prioritizing and delivering tasks in the assigned time frame;</li><li>Maintaining thoroughness and accuracy with data and processes;</li><li>Demonstrating problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment to jointly reach a solution;</li><li>Building relationships across the L&amp;D matrix; and,</li><li>Providing consultation with stakeholders through oral and written communications to meet business goals.</li></ul><p>Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including:</p><ul><li>Utilizing technology skills and technology tools, to include Microsoft platforms, Google Calendar, in day-to-day responsibilities and for communication and collaboration;</li><li>Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping); and,</li><li>Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review).</li></ul><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
