An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Product Management Team within GSK Enterprise Hosting Services. We are a cross-functional team embarking on a journey of innovation to provide GSK the platforms required to reduce time to market and optimize solution delivery costs. Our aim is to encourage cloud adoption at GSK by providing the necessary underpinning services and governance to enable business technology teams. As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for taking input from a variety of sources to develop a strategic roadmap for the specific aligned product area, building out a backlog of features and collaborating with Product Owners and Architects to articulate the customer requirements and prioritization. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and manage a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that maximizes business value through strong alliance BU Tech and Core Tech customers and leaders. Define and govern customer value streams. Drive continuous improvement with strong customer-orientation towards uncovering customer insights and measuring success with Key Performance Indicators. Analyse inputs from a wide variety of sources to make strategic decisions on prioritization, ensuring delivery of maximum value to GSK while carefully managing competing interests across functions and stakeholders. Ensure alignment with Product Owners on delivery of product roadmap, representing the customer perspective and being tuned into delivery planning. Provide proactive stakeholder management and build long-term trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and both internal and external partners. Participate and sometimes lead stakeholder governance and engagement forums for internal customers, end users, and Tech Leadership. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: 5+ years of Product Management experience Experience working in the IT Infrastructure Domain (Networks, Application Hosting, Identity & Access Management) Experience using Cloud Technologies (Azure and GCP) Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
