Schedule Manager<br>  <br> Location: Antwerp, Belgium<br> Start date: Urgent <br> Duration: 12 month rolling contract<br> Software: Primavera P6<br> Language: Dutch and English essential<br>  <br> For one of our clients in Antwerp, we are looking for a Schedule Manager, whose role will involve working on site with the Construction Management Team and reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager / Lead Planner.<br>  <br> A challenging and dynamic role, the correct candidate will not only be rewarded with an attractive day rate but also with a long term contract opportunity in which they can progress with the business into future projects.<br>  <br> Responsibilities:<br> • Oversee all scheduling activities performed by the construction contractors, subcontractors and/or other third parties;<br> • Monitor and weekly report project/construction schedules, physical progress and forecasts including all work packages and activities;<br> • Monitor and report construction progress variables for intervention thresholds and triggers;<br> • Possess a detailed understanding of the construction critical path and near critical path activities at all times and proactively communicate them for optimum value deployment by the project & construction management team;<br> • Monitor and weekly report all critical related construction schedules, physical progress and forecasts;<br> • Monitor and report on adherence to the site preparation schedule baseline;<br> • Publish and report project progress through a minimum set of communication tools and methods to all stakeholder groups appropriately.<br> • Support the Lead Planner to control the site preparation construction work.<br> <br> Requirements:<br> • Proactive work attitude and strong interpersonal skills<br> • Team player, willing to work in a small, flexible and enthusiastic international team<br> • 5-10 y experienced in planning of large construction contract ( >50 million)<br> • 5-10 y experience working in very large project ( > 300 million construction contract)<br> • Good understanding of English in speaking and writing and fluent in Dutch<br> <br> Interested?<br>  <br> For more information, please do not hesitate to contact Angus McCormick at Leap29 directly<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
