This market leading FinTech business is building a new Data Management function and growing their Data Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within the business working on crucial projects to ensure that the business can reach its goals when it comes to analytics and becoming as data driven as possible. Working with an existing team, you'll have all the support you need to be successful in this very visible role for the business.<br /> <br /><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing<br /></strong> <br />You will be working closely with the Head of Data Management to understand the data quality gaps within the business and support the roll out of a new data quality framework. You will work with data quality systems, own data quality requests from the business, helping the business close these gaps so they can use data effectively. This role will interact with all teams across the business and work closely with the data science, analytics &amp; insight teams to ensure all the data they use for their projects is accurate and of high quality. <br /><br /><strong>What experience you&rsquo;ll need to apply<br /></strong>
<ul><li>Solid experience working in a Data Quality/Governance role</li><li>Understanding of Data Quality frameworks and processes</li><li>Experience working with Data Quality systems or tooling</li><li>Hands on SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>
