We are passionate about our purpose, which is to help our public sector clients to design and deliver impactful experiences for their customers, citizens, and consumers and help create value for society.</p><p></p><p>We are a key part of our Government and Health Industry Sector (G&amp;HI) team and we support some of the largest and most complex customer transformation programmes across the public sector. Our clients include local government, central government, health, pharma life sciences, education, transport and defence.</p><p></p><p>We are recruiting within our rapidly growing practice and are seeking individuals at Senior Associate Stage </p><p></p><p>You could be based in London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast or Bristol with opportunities to work virtually, however the nature of our work alongside our clients means that travel to client sites may also be required.</p><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities will include:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Support the delivery of the following types of projects:</p><ul><li><p>Development of Customer strategies and associated business cases</p></li><li><p>Creating User centric designs, based on User research and using techniques such as Design thinking, Customer Journey mapping and Prototyping</p></li><li><p>Supporting the implementation of Customer technologies, such as Customer portals, CRMs, etc</p></li><li><p>Assessing opportunities for improvement in the way our Clients interact with their Customers and how they manage their Operations effectively</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Supporting the growth of our Practice through contributing to the development of Customer focused propositions</p></li></ul> <p><b>Essential skills and experience</b></p> <ul><li><p>Experience of delivering digitally enabled customer transformation for Public Sector clients, through developing Customer Strategies, creating User-centric designs or implementation of Customer technologies.  </p></li><li><p>Demonstrable application of core consulting skills (e.g. business analysis, business case development, communicating with impact, project management, stakeholder management)</p></li><li><p>Experience of working in agile teams and applying agile methods and principles (e,g.
